Approvals and waitlists
Control who gets a spot.
Turn on Require approval and new registrations wait for you to approve or decline. Pending guests don't count toward capacity.
With a capacity set, enable Over-capacity waitlist so people can still sign up once you're full. Move them to Going manually from the Guests tab.
